My booze still from undergrad a few years back... - eviltoast

It made some of the worst liquor I’ve ever had. But in the end, it got me fairly drunk, so I would call it a success.

    That’s smart, using a sous vide to get to the exact evaporation point of the ethanol. Color me impressed.

      I was confused about that at first, then it clicked right before I read your comment. Like duh, a stovetop boiler would just boil everything whereas sous vide allows you to only boil the alcohol.
