I thought maybe it was something to do with Apple Intelligence, so I turned it off. And the luminous bulging persisted.

Bummer. I don’t see this behavior on my phone, so I was guessing that it would be this setting.

  I am on iOS 26.0(23A5326a). I think it’s the beta 3. It’s happening on my phone too.
