Remove Save Settings button; just save them when user presses the back button. Easier. User doesn’t have to remember to press Save Settings. Do it automatically. You can even add a cancel button if user doesn’t want to save changes.

Settings autosaving was added in the 1.0.96 beta that just came out. You can join the beta by visiting the Play Store page for Connect. Be aware that your settings(includes things like blocked instances and user notes) may be reset and is not transferred over in the beta but I’m not sure if this still an issue in the current beta though.
Seems the dev fixed the updates getting rid of your settings a few updates ago, mine haven’t been deleted in the last 3 at least
