They’re getting a better engine in ‘26, so they have that going for them which is nice.

If I were a Betting man I’d say that neither Stroll is in F1 by then and the Team has been sold to someone else.

So you think the Billionaire Dad that bought the team so his Son would have a seat in F1, because none of the teams wanted him, will fire his Son? I think Daddy Stroll thought that hiring WC Drivers would rub off on Lance. Which after all is said and done… cool for the team, less cool if you are Lance. “Here I bought an F1 team so you too can drive in F1, also here is your teammate a World Champion you have no way to match. Copy him and be great.”

They definitely do, but at this point I think that driver would end up somewhere in Q2 or barely make it out of Q1.

You kinda wonder, Red Bull never had a gentle touch and let’s be honest here Sergio really piles up the “Why the fuck would we keep you” points lately, I guess they don’t have anyone else that can perform at at least his level in the roster.

Holy shit. That interview with Piastri. What an embarrassment for F1. Looks so amateurish.

I always get caught out in sprint weeks, glad the timezone means I can actually watch quali this time around.

I hope this gives pappa stroll enough reason to replace stroppy stroll. I also hope that we see a Vettel Alonso pairing, but that would be a bit too optimistic for Aston.

Talking about the shoving incident and general tantrum behaviour, not just the general shit performance.

Yeah no. Perez is gone from RB next season isn’t he. Just the overall tone of interactions is very much reminding me of the time we Fans knew that Bottas was not gonna get a new Merc contract. And I feel sorry for him, he’s a great Driver, but I definitely think the RB pressure and mentality got to him. And having an openly racist, fucking ancient, ‘outside advisor’ for the team doesn’t help you.

    I’m gonna start some drama.

Did you see how RB just basically teabagged Perez with that dry ice bag?! Such disrespect. He’s getting the boot.

I think if Ricciardo had not gotten the injury and had been able to prove himself he would have gotten it already. The second one is an if that remains to be seen though, but his sim sessions seemed to be on point.

And deny themselves the chance for WDC front row lockout? No way. Unless you mean “Ricciardo would have already been confirmed for next season”.

I actually like Perez. I like Danny too, but I don’t have that much confidence in his skills. I only started watching F1 in 2021 so I’ve only seen him with his struggles at McLaren.

But since seeing Lawson in that AT, my stock in Perez has dropped. Because I could see one of the AT drivers moving up to RB, and then Lawson moving into a permanent AT seat.

That only all happens if an RB seat opens up, obviously. And Max certainly ain’t going anywhere. Perez should absolutely finish this season, since he’s 2nd in the WDC (assuming he maintains that). But beyond this season…well maybe he’s amenable to a buy out?
