Yeah, I think they’ve probably been successful in capturing enough attention (and providing him enough useable content that he can help fill some airtime and crack some jokes with it) to summon him for an episode on the topic, and moving into a broader discussion of corporate stewardship of online property.
Now he just needs his writers to come back and write the episode for him. That part isn’t his job. If they take too long, the opportunity will pass. The reddit userbase knows all this. Enough of them anyway.
Honestly I don’t think they’ll make an episode but would love to be proven wrong.
I imagine he personally wants to, this is very much up his alley. It’s not up to him though.
