ich backe auch sehr gerne Brote und wollte mal eine Empfehlung für Rezepte für Brote aus Vollkorn aussprechen, siehe Link.
Ich habe mir mal diese Bücher von dem Geissler gegönnt und meine Favoriten sind das Dinkelvollkornbrot und das Klosterbrot.
