Cats are fantastic companions, but there is no denying the damage they do ecologically. I think the ACT is moving in the right direction by progressively introducing laws to make all cats contained.
It’s a better outcome for wildlife and the cats themselves.

Do you have a link to the ACTs approach? Quite keen to see how they’ve gone about it and reading the primary legislation is a bit dry for me
