    yeah nah you need your head seeing to.

    neat on toast, that ain’t right, it’s only good for surfacing roads. that said, I do use it in small amounts in vegetarian casserole (think a quarter teaspoon for a large saucepan). Gives it a bit of a fuller flavour.

      I use it in chilli and cottage pies as well. Just adds that little something that you notice when it’s missing.
