This is a sad sad day for the UK and the world. As a Brit (but not a very proud one) I have seen the encroachment of repressive laws in Australia, China, and many other places and always knew in my heart of hearts that whatever team of fuckwits running the country it will soon have its own upgraded censorship and spying program gussied up as some anti terrorist or child safety laws. I never dreamed they would be the most oppressive and overreaching piece of legislature in the world. What makes it even sadder is that 99% of Brits wont care, they will dawdle on in apathy so long as they get sky sports, reality tv and some distracting story about a shamed ‘personality’ to chat about with other wage slaves, all whilst slowly gearing up to die in a stained NHS bed with mediocre health care (soon to be privatised). Nothing Great about Britain.
