Wasn’t most of it undelivered until very recently?

Fuck Biden and him falling for Cold War red line rhetoric. Ukrainians wouldn’t be nearly so much at the mercy of the orange twat if Biden had shown a little fucking backbone from the start.

It takes time and organization to transport weapon systems across the globe safely. He could have done more, he could have done 0 - it is slower when you make sure congress agrees and you are not breaking any laws, instead of writing out executive orders to rule by decree.

I’m not saying he was worthless. But I am saying that he picked excessive caution over decisive action, and that has a price in blood - especially now that US aid is likely to dry up indefinitely.

        I’m pissed at everything.

          Trump takes decisive action.
          It’s a fucking rollercoaster.
Regardless of whether you agree with the policies or not, trump has threatened tariffs, postponed tariffs, upped tariffs. I suspect by the end of the week he will ease tariffs, as he realises he is tanking the US economy.

It’s less of the immediate-gratification as “line goes up” of the stock market, but I suspect the fact that anyone relying on US arms is rapidly working on replacing said assets for something more reliable… I wouldn’t be surprised if there were some u-turns on US foreign policy soon, as well. Then again, Russia seems to wholey own Trump. So, maybe not. Much harder to judge.

I don’t want decisive action. I want fast action that is well reasoned, and can be obviously defended as being “a good thing”

I would say Trump’s action is less ‘decisive’ and more ‘impulsive’ for that very reason. He doesn’t make decisions. He just reacts, usually to how much he’s shat his diaper on a given day, or how badly he wants to impress Putin and other dictators.

              That’s an excellent point.
I searched for the definition of “decisive”:

Having the power or quality of deciding a question or controversy; putting an end to contest or controversy; final; conclusive.

              I stand corrected.
Flip flopping on tariffs (etc) is not decisive. It ends fuck all.
              It is absolutely impulsive.
