You EXACTLY addressed the issue I have making these. All of the YouTube videos that I’ve watched use special 12" tortillas but I don’t have access to any bigger than 10". I’ll try your suggestion next time. Thanks!
I don’t have any pictures of the un-fried wrap, but these twoblogs should give you a good idea. The flour pucks don’t need to be quite as big as in that first link, but you get the gist of it.
