Yee it’s like soap and pennies, pretty vile. I googled and found it u cover them totally in Greek yogurt and get some cinnamon or ginger candies it makes it not as bad.
Not sure if I just got used the the taste or if those made it better your mileage my vary lol. I almost stopped after day 2 because it was so bad.
I would drink an entire glass of water with them and eat immediately after. My wife almost stopped taking it for the same reason lol for me it stopped any symptoms so I could live with the taste.
