I pdf everything I send by mail because I know they’re going to watch it on a phone or tablet just as if they got a printed paper delivered by snail mail.
This way I can set the print area and focus on what I want them to see.
It also stops them from overwriting my formulas and sending it back for me to fix.
There’s nothing worse than working on somebody else’s spreadsheet. Just as much as I dislike receiving Excel sheets, I also don’t want to put anyone else in that situation.
The very concept of pdf’ing excel files makes my asshole pucker up
It’s a fine thing to do if you’re trying to show someone your data without inviting them to change it, intentionally or otherwise.
Can just lock the cells
