Eviltoast.org has been upgraded to Lemmy (and lemmy-ui) 0.19.13. Other than Lemmy and Lemmy UI, our instance of pict-rs was also upgraded and moved to postgres for the repo backend.

Nothing super interesting, other than now people might get e-mail notifications when their registration is rejected 🙃
