You will not be fertile on HRT* and possibly irreversibly infertile after a while on it. Storing sperm is the way to go, but I don’t know much about the subject. Where I am I can have my sperm stored by talking to my GP, but it sounds like you are somewhere where this has to be handled privately?

*don’t assume you are fully infertile. this can lead to accidental pregnancies. you will absolutely be less fertile and likely not fertile at all, but I won’t guarantee it

I was sure there were papers on this but I might be mixing up what I’ve read about oral and sublingual with transdermal E.

I do know it’s common to take gel more than once a day, but I can’t actually back up the usefulness of doing this. It depends entirely on the half life of E when taken transdermally.

I am certain it would result in more stable levels to take your dose split over the day, but the big question is if your levels go low enough over 24 hours for this to be necessary.

Edit: Also, since you’re on a blocker you don’t need high levels in order to suppress T so you have a larger range of good levels of E.

More often is more better and gives more stable levels over time, and it does indeed depend on the dosage. With a blocker however I think 2 times a day is very common.

It’s technically possible for some people to do mono with spray before orchi, but it’s not recommended. I tried with gel and it wasn’t a great experience. This is when applying often is most important.

We do very actively remove bigoted content, but beyond that we’re not really large enough to have many low quality posts locally. Some communities here very much embrace shitposting such as this one, so no moderation required there.

It means people on servers with downvotes enabled see the downvotes. Other users on blåhaj don’t.

People can still express these things via comments and posts? Forums and others formats do perfectly well without down and upvotes. I’ve now been using blåhaj for quite a long time and I can’t say I miss downvotes much.

We have disabled them which means we can’t downvote and they don’t federate to our servers. They more or less don’t exist. Others servers can downvote and they will federate to other servers that have downvotes enabled.
