For the past few months I’ve been enamored with “Canto Ostinato”, a highly meditative repetitive music composition by dutch composer Simeon Ten Holt. Not really classical-classical, but more neo-classical (composed in the 1970s). It’s usually performed on multiple pianos (or other instruments), but I found this wonderful performance on a single piano which I want to share.
