    “He approached me and said ‘Hi, my name is Dave, are you having a bad day?’”

    We so often fail to understand that it’s the simplest things we say that change our lives. It’s not the rehearsed shit; most dramatic life changes I made before then van stem from five words or fewer. Here, it’s as simple as “are you having a bad day?” The intro’s nice and all but not germane.
