Motor Town - sticking a v12 in the Buick GNX (Steam Deck gameplay) - eviltoast

With graphics turned to low (which just looks retro to me and fits the vibe of the game like I am playing midtown madness-ultra) Motor Town is a blast on the Steam Deck!

What really makes it fit well with the deck is the autopilot feature where you can hit a button and your car will automatically navigate to the next step of whatever job you are doing. That makes it perfect for picking up and putting down while you do other stuff.

I just bought this game. It does work well on the deck but the game really shines when using a ffb steering wheel.

The physics just feel so damn good for now resource efficient the game is. I bet the game feels so good with a wheel though!!

What is your favorite vehicle so far?

I forget the in game name but I’ve built a pretty rowdy Crown Victoria that I like a lot. I’ve not driven many of the cars in the game yet.

Right?! I thought the same thing. I have lifted panther car with rally lights IRL and I was able to recreate it in this game. That was pretty cool.

That is really cool! I submitted a suggestion awhile ago to the devs but I reallllly hope they add a custom point to point race system so you can easily create street race/rally races.
