Party of financial responsibility yo. Is there anything they aren’t lying about?
Just need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps.
Spoiler alert: They lied about the bootstraps too.
I hope they have to pay court costs and lawyers fees too then. Fifth grade level bullshit.
I’m frankly surprised that they owe the money to an American bank.
Something similar happened in France with Front National, and the debt was ultimately sold to a company with ties to the Russian defense industry. (Not that it’s significantly damaged the far right party’s long term chance of gaining power, because ugh.)
The Republican loan “crisis” solved: 1. You took out a loan. 2. Pay it back.
Wait for Betsy DeVos to write another check.
You really think the DeVos family is going to write a check to save a black woman?
Oh, they’ll cashier her and install a loyal (bought and paid for) toady.
It’s concerning to hear that the Michigan GOP has defaulted on a significant loan and hasn’t made any payments for months. Financial responsibility and accountability are crucial, especially for political organizations. This situation raises questions about the party’s financial management and could impact its credibility and trustworthiness with supporters and donors who used guaranteed $100 loan. I hope they address this issue promptly and transparently to restore confidence.
Good. I hope this is the start of a trend.
