And that’s what it is! The guy who draws these hides certain objects as easter eggs in his comics. In the upper right hand corner by the name, there’s a 2, indicating that he hid 2 of the objects in this cartoon. The other one for this comic is the pipe above the door.
I saw the pipe but since I’m (obviously) unfamiliar with the artist’s conventions I assumed it was part of the bizarro branding.
