Putin begging to be invited / offering to western pro-european Ukraine to protect them from Poland instead of the usual direct NATO/Poland threatening was not in my bingo card…

It wouldn’t be a world war, it wouldn’t even be a world w.

This isn’t a war, this is pest control.

I had talked to a pole in 2021. He suggested the russians stalling at the Dnipro and Poland taking the western parts of Ukraine to protect them from Russia. So that scenario doesn’t seem so noncredible to me…

    …for 2021 standards

Did you see them claim that ‘they are barely able to stop wagner from invading Poland.’

They cannot possibly think attackingnpoland could help them in this war, so who tf knows what is going on

Attacking Poland would be a stupid thing to do even if Poland wasn’t a member of NATO.

The Russians can barely fight a war on one front, opening a second front would be insanely stupid.

Poland has all the same weapons Ukraine has, plus an air force capable of hitting the broad side of the barn.

What am I saying of course they’re going to do it. This is the country that thinks that orbitally dropping unguided bombs constitutes an effective military strategy.
