ENCOINS can be used as any other native asset on Cardano: they can be traded, gifted, or used in other DeFi protocols that support them. They can also be used in ENCOINS Ledger, our upcoming shielded accounts system.

Let’s make sure that we don’t lean too heavily on any one tech stack. As a decentralized community, we should be open-minded about these technologies without allowing our financial investments to cloud our judgement or dictate our behavior, myself included.

Rules

Zero tolerance for moonboi, /r/WSB-style investment posts and comments. We can have conversations where we introduce and compare technologies using real-world technical specs and objective details but the second a conversation digresses into a holy war (Eth rules and Cardano drools!) investment/degenerate gambling talk, the mod(s) will intervene, remove offending comments, and/or ban.
Posting referral, promo links, or codes of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be met with a long-term or permanent ban. This includes “PM for referral”, asking for referral codes or links, and linking to sites used solely for referral links.
Cite your sources where possible. (this is more of a polite suggestion to help keep the content high-quality)
NO spam. We will carefully review your history and delete posts that seem to be spamming a hundred different communities with marketing jargon and unsubstantiated promises.
Keep the drama to a minimum. I am not your parent and I don’t want to have to ban people for immature, bad faith arguments and name-calling.
If a project seems sloppily thrown together raises a red flag and/or seems to be a scam, don’t be afraid to mention it…but PLEASE cite your reasons and try to show irrefutable evidence, lest you run into a violation of the rules. It’s important for the community to call out projects with pump & dumps, rug pulls, and outright scam projects. Some past projects that could be considered in that list are: FTX, TerraLuna, BitConnect, OneCoin, Bitclub Network, Axie Infinity, Pincoin, Thodex, Mining Capital Coin, SQUID Token, Day of Defeat, Baller Apes, Frosties NFT Rug Pull, Evolved Apes NFT Rug Pull, Orfano Tokens, and The Ardana Project Rug Pull.

There will be MANY more rules added. But this is currently the start. It’s a tough topic to moderate, so I would love some help here.
